“I would like to thank an employee named Nicole for being awsome! I called a few weeks ago to cancel my current policy because my rates were going up and the man that took my call told me he didn’t want me to cancel and said that I should shop around and he’d call me back in a couple of days which would’ve been a Friday to see what I found. I’m a single mother of 4 who don’t have a lot of time for things like this so of course I forgot all about it and Friday came and went and i heard nothing from this guy. So when i called today and was ready to cancel my policy and just go without insurance until i could find the time to really shop around which i definitely did not want to do. Thank God for Nicole!
